Halloween is by and far my favourite holiday, but I don't think I've in fact dressed up for it since I was 8 or 9 years old.
And yeah, do not dress up as Hitler. God, what would make you think that would be a good idea? That's a Darwin Award waiting to happen. Hmmm, maybe you should actually think about it; would be a funny read.
