PS: Cristiano Ronaldo may be gifted, but he still cries whenever he gets a good hard English tackle :p

Is it wrong that I smile whenever he gets tackled hard?

We're back for the beginning of round 3 of group matches...

I'll be watching Rangers - Barcelona tonight
----> BIG on Rangers side for me

As for my team, this yr's been a horrible struggle with ANOTHER terrible game....
a loss at HOME and 10th in Serie A does NOT cut it for us:whip:

Tomorrow we BETTER be ready.

Arsenal 7 - 0 Slavia Praha.

Arsene Wenger was surprised Arsenal's 7-0 Champions League win over Slavia Prague win was so emphatic.

"We scored more goals than I expected," he said.

"You never can predict in a Champions League game you will score so many goals.

"We kept a good pace in the game."

Of Theo Walcott who bagged two goals on the night, he said: "Theo's in good form. I wanted to give him a start. He played well.

"He's calm in front of goal. We know he's clinical and when he gets inside this position, he's composed."

The only sour note on the night were reports from Germany in which goalkeeper Jens Lehmann claimed he felt "humiliated" by his continued absence from the side.

Wenger responded, saying: "I don't want to humiliate anybody.

"We have three world-class goalkeepers and we can only play one."

Asked if Lehmann had a future at the club, Wenger replied: "Of course."

Walcott dedicated his first Champions League goal to a relative who recently passed away.

The 18-year-old marked his first start in the competition in style, scoring twice against the hapless Czech visitors as the Gunners moved within touching distance of the knockout stages.

"That was for my brother-in-law's brother who actually passed away. It was a tribute to him," said Walcott about the celebration for the first of his two goals.

"Absolutely brilliant football the way we were creating chances. We're always going to score goals no matter what the game."

Walcott admitted his second goal, a deft poke with the outside of his foot, owed much to the hours spent training alongside former team-mate Thierry Henry.

"People are probably going to say it's a Thierry Henry finish," Walcott said on ITV 1.

"I've watched him in training but all the strikers here can do that."

Walcott's only regret was failing to complete his first Arsenal hat-trick.

"I probably should have had a hat-trick but it wasn't to be," he added.

Star midfielder Cesc Fabregas, who also netted twice, said: "We played a very complete game. All the team played some amazing football.

"From the beginning to the end, we kept concentration. We wanted to score more but, of course, keeping the clean sheet was important as well."

Of Walcott, Fabregas said: "Amazing. The last few games he has made a difference coming on as a sub.

"He showed everyone what a player he is.

"Soon we will see him, I'm sure, in the full England national team again."

He added: "We know we have to keep our feet on the ground.

"The attitude is there. Everyone wants to win."
