you need to work on that then, because you'll get a load of cases to read and understand and all within a short time. accordingly, you'll need to manage your time and study efforts very wisely. |

| You have my sympathies 1Ls, that is a rough year. I am a 3L and slacking off like a mofo w/ a decent amount of free time. Though there is that annoying thing called the California BAR (3 days 6 hours each, sheeet) coming up which I should probably prepare for, not to mention professional responsibility exam in November... |
