DON'T TASER ME BRO!!!

I love it. I think it is hilarious. The swine had it coming. You gotta love the X-26. I was just reading A.C. and there was a story about a Taser incident in Fl. This guy gets drunk and starts stabbing himself then tries to stab his wife, she runs and calls 911. The police show up and do their thing but the guy wont put the knife down so an officer deploys his Taser and the guy bursts into flames!!! It turns out the guy had a bottle of lighter fluid in his shirt pocket and the Taser happened to puncture it and ignite it. TAKE THAT !!!

EDIT:

I dont think he deserved it, all the cops had to do was tell the guy to chill out, not taser the guy...

while he may be a "ass" ... an "ass" and may even well deserve the "discipline", this video projects the future of america and what may happen when marshal law is declared. remember, remember, the fifth of november...

The video doesn't show the whole ordeal. He interrupted someone else mid sentence and complained that he wasn't allowed to speak and that he had been waiting the longest, and the police had already warned him to relax and chill out because he's too excited. Then he began to taunt the cops saying "are you gonna taze me? are you gonna arrest me?" and then basically wasted everyone's time with stupid bull conspiracy theories. So the police wanted to remove him so the forum could continue, then he flipped out. At THAT point because he was being violent and resistant they took action.

They didn't just arrest and taze him because he was asking something politically damaging.

Fact that he's a gaTURD is enough for him to get tazered :p
JCIZZLE!
Stupid idiot! Why make a scene like that? Its bad enough most of these security morons live to abuse their power. UCLA campus police is that way, I bunch of rookies with control issues, but in this situation, I'd get out of my chair just to help beat the idiot down.

I don't think the use of those devices is necessary like this as there were plenty of security guards on his ass to begin with. But someone's gotta put those things to use and as long as we have morons getting out of line for no reason, this is what will happen.

Being disruptive at a public forum is no way to put your point across and being right down silly on his line of questioning only made him look like a fool.

Here is a biased video from someone who disagrees.

It will always be a question of force with two totally different views on the subject. In this situation I would say that the Taser was the best option available. Yes there were many officers involved but it would have ignited a firestorm if this guy was taken down by six officers and had that big 250 lb officer dig his knee into the guy's neck for compliance. There is a small chance of injury when someone is tased and most of those injuries are non-conflict related as they are caused when the person becomes tense and falls to the floor like a stone. If the officers would have swarmed him, pinned him, handcuffed and dragged him out quickly it would have looked like the Gestapo dragged the guy out for his opinion. If the officers would have dropped him with a baton strike they would have been called sadists. If the officers would have pepper sprayed him they would be called idiots for using OC spray in a crowded, enclosed space. There is no way this situation could have ended without some controversy.

The speaker brought it upon himself when he started resisting. He could have kept yelling as he was escorted out and that would have been the end of it. What if this guy had a weapon and planned on attacking John Kerry? If the police would have just let him go when he resisted and he would have stabbed John Kerry the nation would have lynched these officers for not hitting the guy with a Taser and stopping him. There is no way that every person in the nation will see eye to eye when it comes to the use of force. Don't be so quick to judge. So many young people are quick to spit out a generic anti-establishment opinion without ever stopping to think or assessing the situation fully.

It is a good thing that this guy was White and not Black because that would have made the whole situation a hundred times worse.

I absolutely agree with everything you just said...

Use force when nessecary, best option available.

i just saw the video and, i dont think they really needed to taser him when he was being held down, but its alright, imean my friends have tasered each other more when they are drunk than this guy got and yea, he shouldn't have tried to get away from them, he should've just let them walk him out and he probably wouldn't have gotten tasered.
