Armada dance event 19/10 => Easyticket.nl problems

Hi,
I may need your help on this cos' my dutch isn't that good and babelfish translator either. So, i would really be gratefull to anyone able to help me on this.
I order 3 tickets for the armada night @ melkweg on 19/10/2007 through easyticket.nl
You can print your ticket on this site when ordered and it seems it's the only way to get them.
However, i registered my phone number like this +33 0X XX XX XX XX.
X = 1 number.
I couldn't registered it like it should be +33 X XX XX XX XX, without the 0 at the beginning of mobile number. The form didn't work out without the 0 at the beginning.
And of course, when i asked for my activation number over sms, i never received it.
And it seems there is no way to contact them or to change the mobile number with another one.
Anyone could have look on this site and let me know if there is anyway to reach a "human" by mail our by phone to make them correct my phone number or anyway that let me correct my phone number ? International customers, please take care about that ;)
It's insane not to be able to get the tickets right on my mail, but to have to go throught sms activation.
I looked for the helpdesk, but it's definitively too ununderstandable for me.
