good forum for legal advice (Ontario)

Yea, I'm asking a lot about forums...
Anyway, I need a good online forum that is RELIABLE to ask for legal advice/rules concerning tenants/landlords for Ontario, Canada. I tried checking http://www.ltb.gov.on.ca/en/index.html but I couldn't find the info I was looking for.
Basically, a fellow tenant is breaking the terms of the lease repeatedly, and I've had enough. I want to make sure he gets kicked out, instead of "agreeing" to not break terms again (he's claimed not to do it anymore twice now). |

I don't follow.
You're saying the only way he won't get kicked out is if he pleads TI and says that's the reason he kept smoking? |

well if i'm not mistaken he is a lawyer in waterloo so he would be familiar with ontario law.. |
