What the f*ck is up with Unicru?

ty corporations have found yet another way to make applying for jobs even more demeaning and frustrating. Who's taken this test and has been hired by the same company?

What are some strategies for this ridiculously useless test that you have to do at a rate of 3 seconds per page?

They ask you extremely tricky questions, because there is something they're looking for that isn't immediately obvious. I can see that they're trying to remove people who answer questions just to please employers. But on the other hand, if I actually answered the questions truthfully, I would not be hired.

So I need an objective/logical method to this Unicrap test.

Stop posting. Get out.

if you cannot complete the process, let alone figure out a way to cheat on it for yourself, I don't think you should bother.

forget the selling weed part. youd probably be bad for it aswell. you need to be honest for it.

Uh, usually dishonesty will help one sell a lot of pot. You tell your buyer its better quality than it really is or say you bought it off your supplier for a lot more than you actually did to persuade people to buy your product for a lot more than its worth.

Honesty and drug dealing don't usually go together...

yes this is why we dont need more people like him selling. in other parts of the world though, youll find that the soft drug industry is very honest. mainly on the westcoast for north america...california up into British columbia.

in california and bc there are shops that weight it up right there, have the strain names etc.

the way things are doesnt mean its the way things should be. accepting and expecting exploitation is not the way to go...

Consistency, with strong opinions, is required, it looks like. Always 'strongly agree' or 'strongly disagree.' For a lot of these questions, there is no right or wrong, it's just about seeing if you're a clueless liar (the "Have you ever lied?" or "Do you ever get angry" questions)

Keeping that in mind, it should be easy to game this test. Hopefully.

I know pot is tolerated up in BC but shops in California that sell weed? C'mon thats just crazy. There have been medical marijuana clubs that the ing feds bust down the doors with guns...can you imagine what they would do to a shop that was selling weed to just anyone?

Of course shops in BC are going to be honest just like any other legal business would be as far as their product goes to keep the customers coming back and not going to their competitors. Its the places like the US where weed's illegal and you usually have one, maybe two dealers if you're lucky that will sell to you and most will rip you off unless they're friends with you...its just the nature of that sort of business.

its legal to have medicinal marijuana dispensaries in california. There
my friend in california says that his local medicinal marijuana dispensary will perscribe it to you onsite. Easiest way is for anxiety.

Recently on the news there was controversy over medicinal marijuana patient highschool students being able to smoke in school.

that said youre right SOMETIMES they still do get busted...why? well, the ones that get busted are usually in trouble for perscribing to minors without parental permission or something.

The state of California has legalized medical marijuana however the US federal government has not and federal law can go over state law. So if the federal government wants to bust the medical marijuana clubs they have every right to.

Its ed up too because their argument for doing this is that minors or people without medical reasons end up getting the pot from these clubs like you said. This however happens with other prescription drugs like vicodin, oxycotin, etc. that end up getting to people without prescriptions who use them illegally.

Actually, I pretty much never get angry :p

But yeah, excessive testing of prospective employees is idiotic. All the answers will be taken out of context and you won't be given a chance to explain your point of view. In that process, they'll end up filtering out some of the most competent employees and hiring douchebags who slipped through the cracks instead.

I once failed a test for a security firm because of a technicality in one of my answers. A few months later I ended up working at a festival with other security staff supplied by that firm and they were the most incompetant people I'd ever worked with. Their job was to control a crowd and they'd lose patience the first time they'd run into someone who didn't cooperate. They'd panic whenever a problematic situation came up and came to me because they didn't know what else to do. I still don't understand how the HR dep decided these people were better candidates for the job than I was.
