anyone on TT do any forms of poi.
bought a couple of swing poi's when i was in london. trying to teach myself on how to use these better. deffinintly not an easy thing to learn.
but its been really helping me on my muscles control and timing with my left arm. since i broke it 4 years ago i think they hit a nerve or something after my surgery hasn't been the same. |

p.s. tonnes of vids online...i think houseofrave.com had a few training videos.... |
