Vending Machine BET

For those who work in an office and have a vending machine, if one of your co-workers was to make a bet with you that you had to eat one of each of item(GUM is excluded) from the vending machine vending in an 8hour work day w/o throwing up for $100:
1. Could you do it W/O throwing up
2. What Strategy would you use?
i'm lookin at the vending machine in my office and theres 27 items.
some of the random items
Oatmeal,
Cup-o-noodles
Cinnamon Roll
Steak flavored potato chips
Chuckles
Peanut M&Ms
Mounds bar

| that's not too bad, 3 products every hour. My suggestion is to change from chip to chocolate back and forth so you don't get sick of the chocolate flavour and throw up. Also drink water with it, anything else would be extra sugar. Coffee also helps clean the pallet so you don't get bored of the taste. |

impossible, unless you want to go through some serious sickness and then probably you still won't be able to finish it all.
it's like putting your stomach through a whole day of non-stop intense junk food diet. |

I say go for it. On an average you will have to eat an item every 17/18 mins. Don't eat the night before so you are hungry the next day. Breakfast in office on 2-3 heavy items. For lunch, you can group and eat a lot more items so you don't have to eat for a couple of hours. Buy small stuffs like M&Ms & crackers and eat them through the day. Always mix sweet and salty stuff otherwise you may throw up if you have to eat 2-3 sweet items together.Note down all the items before hand and plan on eating them strategically. Earn your $ 100s without throwing up.
Do you have to pay for all the 27 items you will buy ? |
