Does anyone know the web-sites or addresses of DJ Shops in Toronto? All i know of is Moog Audio. I know for a fact that there are more shops around TO, even on Queen Street itself, but i can't find websites or addresses for them. Thx for the help.

IMO MOOG is really the best. When I went to Steve's to drop a few thousand dollars in one night they didn't want to bother ringing through the sale because it was almost closing time. Keep in mind...this was for an ENTIRE DJ setup with reasonably high end equipment.

So, since they didn't need my business I went to MOOG and Francis kept the store open a little late and even carried everything out to the car with a smile on his face.

Long and McQuade has good selection but I've found the prices to usually be higher...so be sure to shop around.

Play De has some stuff there but not so much selection. And I also remember the selection at Steve's to be quite limited last time I went in.

I still say go to MOOG...especially if you haven't seen the new store.

^^^ I agree - MOOG is a great store. Friendly & knowledgable people.

Lately they've really been expanding their gear section. I think Play De is starting to give MOOG a run for its money in terms of DJ gear.

Thanks for the posts everyone. I'm trying to find shops to look for my first setup. I'm visiting TO tommorow and am planning to spend a lot of time on queen street searching for stores and comparing prices on equipment. I've been to Moog audio, and i'm not certain, but everything seemed a bit over-priced.
