I ate fast food for breakfast...

Jack N Box: NEW Sirloin Egg n Cheese Burrito...

WITH THE MEAL!!! had a coke with it...

I've been doing so well not to eat fast food and drink soda anymore (except for my rum and diet cokes)!

Now i kinda regret it!!!!

I think i should take a quick break from work and puke it all up. Thats what supermodels do right???

have you guys done anything that just made you feel guilty or that you regretted??

Hit the gym and burn off all the filth you consumed. I bet you sit in a chair all day too. And people wonder why America has a weight problem.

No big deal! people fall off the wagon all the time. The important thing is to get back on and continue. Just have a cup of green tea or something healthy so you don't feel so bad.

Think of it as a reward for doing so well. Sometimes you have to make it a point to treat yourself to something you're craving... so don't regret it at all!

In fact throwing a little junk in the mix keeps your metabolism revving just make sure it doesn't lead to more and more cheating. It's often suggested by personal trainers and fitness nutritionists to give yourself a nice cheat meal or two once a week (as long as the rest of the week is under control of course)

I'm taking a week off working out and my usual strict diet myself..I just had a donut (haven't had one in over 6 months!)

yeah i wouldn't trip at all...just do extra cardio after work

i started the gym up again a few months ago, i work out 5 days a week, and my boy who is a personal trainer at 24 always has suggested for years that i have a cheat day to stimulate my metabolism and i let myself eat wtf ever i want on Saturday and the other 6 days are clean.

:)

agree with the above 2 comments. don't beat yourself up over it. i cheat, atleast several times a week. shoot, life is too short to not enjoy great food, great wine, great ______ (fill in the blank) i never beat myself up about stuff like that :D although i do keep it in balance, workout, eat right most of the time and enjoy life!

billy, you need to stop, you look good, i think the hollywood mentality has gotten the best of you :D

just think of it as a reward for all the hard work you have done. now don't reward your self to much you aint that good all the time lol.

a simple walk in the park or up the stairs and not the elevator helps.

:D
