hmmmm... I don't know what to say. I think he left some music behind...

I left an hour into his set. It was an off night I say...

I wasnt there for very long.. but i heard floaty, almost fluffy, repeating chords for the entire time i was there.. very chill mood.. i couldnt get into it at all. did he change it up any after that?

it was my first time seeing Sasha, and while i wasn't blown away, he played a decent set. he finished with Muranyi, can't beat that... although it basically just left me drooling for Prydz in two weeks.

i think people will be put off if they weren't into his essential mix from this year.

i heard from the moderator that sasha was stellar at 4:00 this morning.. unfortunately we didn't make it though :(

Lol.... so have any of you actually listened to a Sasha set in the last year or so, or did you just assume he'd play GU009/Delta Heavy era stuff?

:conf:

In all honesty, even if you've heard Involver you should have known what to expect. :p

And you all can make up for it tonight by coming out to Ben & Blake - those boys will play some proper club jams for you all AND if you're lucky you'll catch me boogying down to "Grasshopper" or some other nonsense, and then you can make fun of me for it on Monday.

Milo and Three were both far better than Sasha, and Three was by no means on point with many of his transitions. (He did play Tropical Heights though, which made my night) Sasha played some good tracks, but nothing that really made me go "Whoah! What is that?" Like Nate said, it was basically his EM rehashed with a few new tracks - and he left out the best material from that EM.

Don't get me wrong I had fun, but it wasn't what I expected.

Was pretty excited to hear Ellen Allien's remix of 'Cellphone's Dead' though. Also COMA - Monday and Sasha - Park it in the Shade sound amazing live.

Again proving why it's prudent to support the local talent.

Meh...last hour was good but besides that i wasn't really into it. I thought he was supposed to go on at 12:30 not 1:30? :conf:

wow, what a night. thanks to everyone for coming out and supporting! nothing but fun from start to finish. Three was playing some amazing tunes, he has to be on of the most eclectic and unique dj's i've ever heard.
