Is it me or is this the 1,354,825th thread about this topic?
Although, it's the first one where minimal is referred to as the "least favorite form of house".

It doesn't even pay to try to get into it with him - I don't know that I've ever seen someone attempt to cover up shear ignorance with faux-intellectual elitism as quickly as Mr. Zoid.

Oh please, spear me. Faux-intellectual elitism? I really don't get why you guys bash on me every time I post something a little instructive, but I think this one went a little overboard. :p
Edit: No it wasn't my goal at all. I just find it rather annoying that this guy came into the MD and makes a thread about how his friends being uneducated about EDM when he himself considers minimal a "genre of house". It's a ing forum, the posting my opinion is not gonna blow up the world. Get over your self, hating on "Mr. Zoid" is not gonna make you a better person. You of all people should know that ,Rob. |

He was blatantly refering to stripped-down forms of house, i.e. you should read his post as follows: "Actually I cannot stand minimal (house)...It is my least favorite genre of house".
When someone says minimal on these forums, you might aswell assume it's either techno or house they're referring to. It doesn't mean they need education, it's just a short way of describing it. |

We bash you because you are guilty of the very ignorance you attempt to pick on people for. If half of what you said was anything more than you just regurgitating what you've read other people write on the forums, I may think differently - but I honestly don't believe you have a single orginal thought in your head.

First, I don't think you've ever read any books on anything at all, and second, your age has nothing to do with it because if you acted like an adult, no one would even know or care how old you are. There are plenty of folks the same age as you on the forums who seem to manage fine.
This isn't a "Hate Wotyzoid Bandwagon," I'm doing nothing more than describing you and how you act. If you don't like it, the only person who can do anything about it is you. |
