Ok:
It's a big flying aircraft. It runs solely off of its solar panels. It flies in such a way that it is always in the sun. Therefore, it can fly for decades!
It serves no use, but I think it would be a cool idea. Science applied because you can.

| quote: | | The Pathfinder is a lightweight, solar-powered, remotely piloted flying wing aircraft that is demonstrating the technology of applying solar power for long-duration, high-altitude flight. It is literally the pathfinder for a future fleet of solar-powered aircraft that could stay airborne for weeks or months on scientific sampling and imaging missions. |

Is this your own idea ? Cause I know NASA has already demonstrated this type of technology years ago.
And I know you have interest in aerospace and NASA. :p |
