Joris Voorn wasn't impressive! Especially once Chris came on... His style is AMAZING and his tunes from the middle of the dancefloor made him seem like 6lb 8 oz baby jesus. He was insane. If he ever makes it back to NY you bet ur ass I will be there.
Voorn was okay it just seemed like he played "opener techno" he could have taken it up a notch. He played nothing like the youtube videos I saw. ;\ . When there are 2 headliners like that.. the party should start during the 2nd half of the "openers" set. His first hour was bleh but the 2nd hour was def much much better. He had TONS of energy behind the decks too. (y). Just once Chris Leibing came on it was like.. FUK WHAT JUST HAPPENED THE LAST 3 HOURS
He flipped the switch on Cielo.
Which by the way.. FUKING AWESOME CLUB!!
Reminds me of B.E.D back home. The size of the club, position of the booth.. just minus all the beds :p
The sound at Cielo is awesome.
The crowd at Cielo is awesome.
The vibe at Cielo is awesome.
So sad that this is my first and last Robots party. Last night was amazing. Well worth the 2 1/2 hours of sleep that I got.. [and i came in late to work but shhhh]

yeah - i felt that voorn was sleeping up in the booth - wtf?
but liebing did what he does best - laying down the nasty hard techno - loved that he was up there swinging his arms totally into the music
nice meeting ya!
also great to finally meet mellymel and ay star - too bad you had to leave early - liebing's set from 3-4 was just absolutely insane |

Haha I didn't see you but I ended up leaving at 3:30 not 3. Thomas left the house at 3 am to pick me up so I got an extra 30 mins of :eyespop:
Said bye a 2nd time to the rest of the crew :p |
