Well i hate to break this to you but there's not exactly anything else but condos planned for that area.
jp you're going to have to take pictures. People here are hardheaded when it comes to anything regarding Guv lol. And funky i really don't think calling people retards right off the bat is not going help get your point across. There's no need to get aggressive right off the bat. |

the only reason people are getting skeptical and questioning this fact/fiction is because of all the rumours regarding condo development around the guvernment that goes on on these boards. I've only been on the boards for over a year and probably seen about as many "condos being built around the guv" rumours as "why is PVD coming back to Toronto".
Its the nature of the TA game- if people are gonna be skeptical and question it- they have good reason....
now i need to get back to work, i'm only on my 15 minute. We're pouring the next foundation hole for the base of the condo.... |

I have been here 4 years and believe me when i say i've seen my fair share of those threads too. However, it's not like he said "Omg they're tearing down the Guv! I saw it with my own eyes!" He said they were starting construction of condos across the street from the Guv.
Forgot to add this: I understand people being skeptical. But being skeptical is one thing and being rude is another. |

Not sure your familiar with the lake shore Revitalization project but the entire area is set for redevelopment.
Im not saying the guvernment is gonna close down soon.
Now listen carefully:
I am saying that the building of the first condo across the street. coupled with tearing down of the Movie studio that was next dooor to that parking lot http://www.blogto.com/city/2007/01/..._gets_the_boot/
in conjunction with the other condo being built next to Redpath Sugar go to http://www.pier27.ca/pier27.pdf (see for yourself) Might set off some ALARM bells as to future changes planned for the area.
If they can force the Movie studio to shut down why does it matter how many rupees charles put into the guv!
