What can i say? Those who have heard of him know this was long overdue... the man is a genius, there's not question about it. My appreciation for his work was brought to my attention by nsamadi (so, thanks).

Robert Babicz - Hope
Jochen Trappe - Organic (Plain Babicz Style)
Robert Babicz – Sin
Pierce & Twirdy - Cuaba (Babicz Style In Full EFX)
Phonique - River (Robert Babicz Remix)

just a FEW of his masterpieces i enjoy...

oh, and how cool of a name is 'Babicz' ?!

show ur appreciation.

He's been putting out some marvelous tracks as of late but i enjoy his older stuff just the same.

My god..whenever this guy releases a new tune...it's in my beatport cart ASAP....one of the best producers in the scene.

Some of my other favs from him:

Sleeping Beauty, Marketech & My Blue Car are some of my other favs....and honestly a ton more..Freakin Remix...his ablum.."A Tearful Temper"..etc...the guy is good. To many good tunes to name..I highly recommend checking out Beatport and checking him out.

I wouldn't say he's a genius but he's got quite a few tracks under his belt that I do enjoy.

And since I've heard Digweed mispell his name in his Transitions show, I always think about him as 'Babzic'

Damnit, Diggers, learn how to pronounce names of your favourite artists! Last time you've had a set from Chaim, you read it as Ame. *shakes fist*

Battlestar ! ! !

Never heard a better groove in my whole life. The most grabbing bassline. Liking his remix work on Mr. Decay by Gui Boratto. All his is always quality.
montana

+1

Great track along with a bunch of stuff he made under his Rob Acid alias.

Had the pleasure seeing him live here in Melbourne 2 months back and it was really good. A lot of those quality 303 sounds you'd expect :)

Not the greatest fan of his new work, but some older productions under Rob Acid, Acid Warrior and Colone aliases are pretty cool
