In regards to 1983... I was very close to putting it on the list but Andy told me he's playing the Samim remix of it... so I didn't want to double dip.
Rub, will you please bring your camera and take some pictures of me to send back to the homeland to my grammy? I'm kinda serious. There's a sheepherder in my village I've been meaning to humiliate. :) |

I can't speak on behalf of the others on this board but I think it all started with Tony offering congrats on here and amp. I'm taking it all with a grain of salt I assure you. I'm guessing you wouldn't have had the same sentiment had it been one of your peers in this whirlwind of dj spin.;) I'm going to play 144bpm itali whether I'm in the main room or in the penthouse.
In regards to pics, how many drinks is it going to take? I think we only get 3 drink tickets each...:toothless |

actually if it was one of "my peers" and they were being congratulated on being the "headliner" of a Localized, I probably would have said the same thing - in the same manner of typing - which was, jovial - I, too, do not trivialize such things as "headlining" - in much the same way as I do not trivialize such things as genres - and speaking of which - if you hear me talking about genres ever in here - it is more other than not also in a jovial and ridiculing fashion. You may or may not believe this, and that is ok. And, if I was ever in a position where someone was congratulating me on a "headliner" spot at Localized, I would probably say something like "thank you very much, please do not ask for autographs while I am playing, as that would most likely interrupt my flow of thought - I will be more than happy to sign autographs after my set". Which of course, would be all in fun.

I'm still a n00b on this board as far as I'm concerned so it's always nice to get a heads up on people and their online personas and frame of mind... thanks for the heads up. I appreciate it. Chances are, though, I'll probably have a few people ask me for autographs. You wouldn't believe how many times I get mistaken for that dirty Euro hippie DJ Row.:tongue2

| The Samim/Prydz Heater/1983 mashup will pretty much take care of my hour so aside for looping a sample of the vox from the latest Hillary Duff track over it I'm taken care of. Tolgar, you still have Call on Me reserved. Sorry I haven't returned your call yet, waiting for the word for what exactly the plan is for next week so will get back to you as soon as I can...oh and you really should request sponsorship from Solgar vitamins!
