^^^^^ um...to the guy picking the first round winners in 6 games??? The first round is a shortened best of 5 (which I personally think is STUPID).
I picked the Yanks in 4 assuming they could get a split in Cleveland. But they are playing in such a pathetic way offensively and not just Arod but the whole team. It's sickening.
The game last night should have been delayed with all those bugs. I'm actually quite surprised that both managers didn't complain to the umps...what a bizarre thing to happen at such a critical point in the game. The yanks are pretty much done, as are the Cubs I'm afraid. With those two teams out, my interest in the playoffs virtually becomes nil. On with hockey I suppose! |

My predictions awful just like the performance of all my sports teams lately. Could have possibly have 4 sweeps to start the playoffs?
I'm just praying the Yanks can take it to game 5. Westbrook and Byrd suck, Yanks SHOULD be able to score against them. Fausto and CC have been dealing. Will this be Torre's last game? Will Choke Rod come through?
Rockies v. Red Sux would be the worst world series ever! |

Jake Westbrook even being a playoff starter is fonkin hilarious... I know Yanks pitching sucks as well, but jesus... can't hit Jake Westbrook???? come on!
and let me just throw this out here... hey Juice... is the $50 million... oh and the $50 million TRANSFER fee for Dice-K still outrageous???
sadly, at this point in the post-season, the most exciting thing to talk about is if A-Rod will move back to SS when he comes to Boston, so Mike Lowell can stay...
thats how retarded this post-season has been so far... |

Without question it's outrageous! He's have to do well for 4-5 years before I'd say otherwise, yet alone one playoff start against the injured and weak hitting Angels. Andy Pettite has started 36 times in the playoffs. So people are saying the contract signed by Pedro Martinez was brilliant now? It was good in that it made free agents to go the Mets but in terms of production over the long haul, it's pretty bad. Dice K's regular season record wasn't very good my man. |
