I definitely believe in aliens, for two basic reasons:
1) The universe is pretty damn big, so I have trouble believing there's no other lifeforms out there, and 2) unless someone offers me proof that aliens don't exist, I see no reason not to believe they do.
But I don't know about all the abductions, UFO sightings, huge nasty government conspiracies to cover the aliens up, etc. There might be some true cases, but a lot of it is probably hoax and hype. I guess I'd also like to think that if there's intelligent lifeforms out there, they have better things to do than mess around with a bunch of silly humans. |
