hey guys thought id share this new remix/remake of "For The Nature" from producer "Snowave"..
quite happy with it if i do say so myself.
opinions/feedback very much welcome!

this is actual not too bad. kick is very present which i like. bassline and sounds are similar to solar stone - seven cities.
im guessing your using full on vsts now?
melody isnt great
synth after the breakdown is too loud, sort of shocks you when it comes in, maybe filter out the low frequencies of it about 200hz.
your sound is starting to sound more trancy now rather than tech which is a plus.
good job just some cleaning up areas to attend to and maybe add some sort of hook. |

I personally enjoy the melody, nice tune. Agree about the huge shock after the break and I find that there's a bit too much distortion once it builds back up, though it could be the crappy earphones I'm listening through. Otherwise a good track.

percs and bassline are pretty good men!!!!! really
but that string/melody not.....
dosenīt match with the bassline
min 3, love the way that melody came in..... but still some distortion, watch that

hell yeah full vst's... for a quite a while already:stongue:
hmm it was my intention to shock the listener a bit in the beginning of the Qlimax, to give them that 'wow' ..
im not sure what you mean with "some sort of hook".. a new melody or synth?

thank man, there is a slight distortion ill have to work on.. glad you liked it though, seems ill have to work with the "shocking synth"... but ill need more reviews from other people to see what they think about it.. i wanted to return a review but there was no tune posted of yours in the last 3 pages.. ill keep it in mind though to return you one. cheers.

thanks mate, you see?!?! this guy likes the way the synth shocks you.. guess its just personal taste. yeah the distortion ill have to work on but its not that bad for the moment.. ill definatly will work on the final mix. i returned a review..

HI rinster long tim e no see! Feel honored to have you remixing my track =)LIsten to the tune. Nice kick and the beat is more fresh. o the bassline is still on wrong note should be 1 note lower like c# then its should be just a c instead. if you fix that and eq need to be fixed hear sometime that the frequences are clashing to gheter witch combine a distorted sound to that part could be fixed with a compressor. i olike the new synth you addedd the dist key or what you callet it. Keep up the good work because you have potential. Thanks.

Very nice mate! Your production skills have progressed really far since the last tunes i have heard. I love the melody i could listen to it all day. Would like to hear the original and maybe have a go at another remix!! Snowave;) ;)

8) hi rinster! hows it going, nice to see another track for the nature. i have the exceed remix [4.29] and the exceed extended remix [8.42] both are great, you have alot of fx and percussion used :) theres alot going on and the percs build is nice.
nice job on the synths and bassline :) nice ending too, i enjoyed listening, meanwhile take care 8)

so, i listened to your driftwood remix (couldnt find the thread)
im happy to say i love it... youre a good remixer - outstandingly so
(ive decided to have a go at it myself, not that it will be any competition)
as for the song itself, its instruments are awfully alot like the originals which i think is not a good thing
the bassline is completely if not accurately the same as in the original
(i dont have the remix but i vaguely remember so i could be wrong)
anyways, i will listen to this tune after ive calmed down :P |
