Just saw something in the paper that they will be at Heaven tonight for a Bedrock aniversary party but have been getting confusing dates (either tonight October 4 or next week October 12). Anyone have any other information on this from any reliable source. I am flying out to Amsterdam in the morning but will go if I know he will be there for sure.
Help please... |

So I ended up going to this and it was amazing. Took me a while to find the place but when I finally did it was all good. There was a very tight search (got my gum taken away...ahh memories of Sonic). It was only £12 at the door so no complaints there either. Walked around to get a feel for the club and it is a ver cool small/medium venue. Main room reminds me of Mod Club only narrower without all the space for bottle service. Lights and sound was top notch.
Diggers came on at midnight and was exactly what I wanted - I had seen him for 2 hours in Ibiza, but this was a perfect venue for him. I only wish I was ed up (but having to catch a flight in the am) because he was playing a hard, druggy, thumpy set. ~I lasted till around 3:30 them somehow got my drunk ass back to my hotel without getting lost like the night before.
Checked out SOS upstairs a few times and when they are one they are amazing..but even though there are 3 of them in the booth it almost seems as if they forget who is suppose to be in charge at points.
Only thing that was weird was that it was not crowded. I know it was a Thursday, but this is London and I expected a lot more. By 1am there was less than 80 people in the small room SOS was playing in and by 3am probably less than 400 in the main room. It was great seeing diggers and SOS in such an intimate venue, but it was wierd to see it so empty.
Also picked up an autographed CD from him... |
