OMG SO EXCITED!!!
Thanks to Kevin's review, and the fact that I found out the place is open until 6 or later and that last night it was just a malicious person pulling the fire alarm! I am all set and ready to explore! |

It was Calderone and Farina there last night right?
I walked by, noticed a distinct flavor to the crowd and knew what kinda music was being played. Wouldn't have agreed with the people I was with so I didn't check it out myself. Glad to hear it's a decent spot. The whole Lucid thing didn't work for me, but I think I'll check it out. |

awesome club.. Calderone did exactly what was expected.. the clubs layout is the exact same as lucid.. i thought they would have changed some things here n thre but its structuraly still the same..
a friend told me its looks like a souped up lucid.. which is true.. some of the areas in there have too much light.. which is unusual.. crowd was great, no sketchyness.. and certainly no asian sketch.. lots of beautiful women.. and all were surprisingly friendly.. i think this club has a lot of potential, with the right bookings.. it would be awesome too see what certain djs would do with that place.. the dj booth could be a little closer to the main dancefloor, there is very little crowd interaction.. but at least u can get close to the dj.. and i mean close.. overall the night was lots of fun.. 8/10.. they obviously have a few things to work out but that all comes with time.. everone should definately check this place out.. Toronto is very lucky to have a place like this.. lets hope it lasts.. |
