hehe, I was just thinking the same thing. I want to make a remix of Matanka - Lost in a dream (Push transcendental remix), it sounds nothing like the original.
I don't know why you shouldn't be able to do that, it's not really different from remixing the original version of a track |

| Well PvD kinda did this on his POD album. He "reworked" already remixed works. Not exactley a remix but close. |

should be fine. it's not like there is a remix police that is going to come over and beat the crap outta you for remixing a remixed song. ;)
All those tracks that take old songs and remix them, have remixs of those. like the INXS - I'm so crazy. |

Lets say I remixed the Tiesto mix of Silence.
It would go:
Delerium - Silence (DJ Tiesto vs. Davinox Remix) |

well hes a classsica case for you.
take moonman - galaxia (solar stone mix), add a paino over the choon, and you get moonman - galaxia (brittany mix).
it is blatently, the solar stone mix with a pian on top. but it dosent say SS vs. brittany...
btw who is brittany, is it solar stone?, i doubt it otherwise it wud of brn calles sommat like solar stone piano mix. lol |
