and start buying some property in florida. with the rise of our dollar and the recession the real estate market is ogoing over there, we could pick uop some property for dirt cheap. hold it for 3 years until the market bounces back and sell. in the mean time we can throw some crazy parties over there..whos in

Brilliant, Eric. I'm surprised you're not in the real estate business.

I'm wondering how you decide when it's time to sell when it's owned by 5 or 10 separate people? And are you going to form a corporation for this, or just try registering under all those names?

Oh, and who's taking care of maintenance and repairs?

ur thinking too deeply into this digi. I never said i would put in any money. im just saying you guys should. lol. and let me handle the rest....


and forget registration of a corporation..everyone just nominate one guy they trust to put the title under...i nominate myself. and maintenance well, we can hire a little cuban who would kill for a US dollar then intice him with our STRONG canadian dollar. itll work i know this. u guys start getting the money together. ill start finding the dirty cubans

but in all seriousness, if ppl were thinking of going at it alone it would be a good investment oppurtunity. Just find a good agent in the florida area that you can trust and wait a bit longer because prices are still dropping.

i was actually gonna do this type of thing here in TO recently. had a few friends form a corporation and got a house which they're now renting out. i can't remember what the terms of the agreement were however in terms of sale of the property and such but I do think they agreed to some type of minimum duration..
