Balance 012 mixed & compiled by Lee Burridge is a sublime a collection of house rhythms, techno beats and subtle melodies, culminating in a deep, beautiful, dark, trippy and wobbly soundtrack. Featuring a wide array of cutting edge artists including Martin Buttrich, Jose Padilla, Dennis Ferrer, H-Man, Paul Daley, Alexi Delano, Efdemin, Gabriel Ananda and more, this is a 3xCD that will deliver the complete Lee Burridge experience in one package.
Fresh from playing at the San Francisco LoveFest with an estimated crowd of over 80,000, Lee asks, “Where were you!?!? Love Fest was, once again, a special and fantastic weekend of diversity and music.” All year-round, Lee Burridge’s parties breed a special, dedicated following with annual parties scattered throughout the calendar year. The 3rd annual Love Lee party in San Francisco served as the unofficial kick-off to the LoveFest festivities. In NYC, Lee’s annual Made Event Halloween Bash is a must for outrageous costumes to match the far-out music and this year’s celebration at Studio B in hipster ground zero Brooklyn should beget an extravagant night of debauchery. Lee will close out the New Year in his favorite new city Romania where the energy and excitement for dance music is palpable. At WMC, the global dance music contingency shall convene once again at Made Event’s 4th annual Burridge Barrage in March. For the end of the summer finale, Lee touts the Burning Man festival as “by far the best thing I’ve been to in 24 years of going out.” He excitedly shares, “the fact it’s a festival and music is only a part of it makes it very special indeed. It’s so creative, so visual and people have the most amazing attitude to being there. I played a bunch of times and can’t wait until next year’s event.”

It's been non stop in my car the past 4 days...all three discs are excellent. 3rd disc is just madness |

dcctnyprincess and I went. fotoaddict was also there taking pics. I think that was it for people from this board. To be honest, I was kind of surprised that Studio B was that empty, but Saturday night was too techno/tech-house heavy in NYC between Christian Smith, DJ Sneak, minimoo, and the Lee party. I enjoyed the set quite a bit, though no barosoap to dance with (and not being single) kind of sucked. Fortunately the drinks are cheaper there, as getting to Studio B ran me $25 from my place by cab.
Lee dressed up as Dr. Gonzo from Fear and Loathing, which was really weird since I had commented to avikonen and dcctnyprincess earlier in the day that I was going to dress up at all (I didn't). |

Wish I could have gone but after that night at Webster.. It's going to take alot to drag out my boyfriend for Lee again.

by like 4 when i left the dance floor was packed
for the club studio b i really liked the lay out madd dark big dance floor
the upstairs had lots of seating with nice soft couches
the drinks were cheap as fuk like 5 bucks lol
the syestem on the other hand sucked balls
way way too basey and the mids could have been brought up a lil more
lee is a fukin psycho lol he dressed up like the guy from fear and loathing in las vegas lol and iam not talkin about just the shirt hat and glasses
i was on the side of the booth and saw into it
he had on shorts and boating/deck shoes rofl

all threwout the night lee was having problems with his vinly it kept skippin and everyone was like wtf?
finally lee realizes it happens when people lean on the dj booth from the main floor so when he found out he reached over and slaped some kid on the back of the head and told him to move ha ha ha ha

She's 12 time zones away on vacation until mid November.
We stayed until the end, which was around 5 or 6, I don't really remember. I was planning to go to the afterparty which was supposed to be the minimoo party in Chelsea, but got detoured on the way there and never made it. |
