The Infinity Project, Koxbox, Miranda, Doof - Let's Turn On and Etnica are some of the most known artists I think.

Progressive goa is just a stupid name on a series of compilation. The music has little or no relation to goa trance.

Is the mp3 file itself affected in any way by that plugin?

nope, not at all.. it just slows down/speeds up the way winamp reads it. make sure to use the 'speed' slider though.. the 'tempo' one tries to change it via timestretching & often sounds awful, especially for stuff with a beat

i always have it turned on, couldn't live without it :D

Alright...
Well, I just tryed it and don't really like it. When I think about it, I like listening to tracks at their intended speed (or faster, but in live sets). :p
Also, I can't use DFX simultaneously with it.
