When you pump so much money into somthing its hard not to care or take pride in the fact that its yours and you worked ass off to get it.

Im sure 99.9% of people on this forum who drive a car feel the same way, no matter how cheap or expensive the car cost a lot of people take pride in their car, obviously you dont or you dont drive.

You should visit NYC, you will see atleast a Ferrari, Bentley, Lambo or a Martin drive by every day.

Its a racing livery. The original racing GT40s were had the Gulf livery.
Lots of cars have had that scheme. I personally like it, but Im a car nut.

No wonder people bash you Marc, it's a prick act vandalising anyone's private property.

lol, you guys are so unbelievably sensitive.

Can you blame me/us? It's a passion, and as a result sensativity is believable.

I've restored or had my hand in restoring several cars, three of which I spent months on each doing body work and paint myself. So, it's understandable that your comment of keying cars for LULZ isn't taken lightly, no matter how truly hollow it may be.

L.E.N... are you in Los Angeles? (I'm guess that what the LA in LATA means.) If so, ever make your way up to the Historic Races at Laguna Seca? When Ford was the featured marque it was the first time that all 6 of the mark IV GT40s were in one place at one time. (or so they told us) It was truly incredible.

Yeah it's a shame. It's a gearhead's paradise! Went there 9 years ago and have gone ever since. People come from around the world for it. Bugatti brought out their Veyron prototype one year. It was the only prototype, flat black, worth 10 mil. Driver was pushing it pretty hard until he spun it on the front straight and nearly creamed it into the wall. Great stuff.

I see Ferrari, Porsche, Lambo etc on a regular basis ....

If you ever want to see Maserati's in abundance ( as well as all the other brands I just mentionned ) go to Zurich in Switzerland, it's the poor mans car :p

When I took my brother in law there he couldn't believe it..... must have seen 5+ Maserati's in a matter of minutes.

The only time I've ever seen Bentley was in Prague:
