Windows Vista Help (Cant Delete Icons)

| Got a really strange issue with Vista which to be honest has been pretty stable since I have installed it, when it try and right click on a desktop icon to display the options windows explorer just freezes and it resarts straight away, ive gone into my profile > desktop and it still does the same thing. I have installed the latest Drivers and Vista is upto date ? what else can I try ? |

generally it just works. i am using it and quite enjoy it. although i am using Kubuntu (KDE instead of GNOME) which is more windows like. quite easy to use. id recommend it if you arent in a position that you need to worry abou having a bunch of critical applications for school for at least a month. it takes some getting used to and finding the right applications for the job.
one thing though. windows mobile phone = no go. i have been trying (albeit i have windows mobile 6 and not 5) for like 6 months off and on. have not successfully synched. |

I don't wanna' fight, but i'm part of the crowd who got pissed off at mac users because of their attitude, then got a mac and understood. |

I suppose its not just that mac users think they're better in general, but they also think macs are just better, period.
I have a PC. I know people who have macs, and they're well suited for them. Thats cool, but I prefer PCs and see absolutely no reason to switch, yet i've had people insist i'd be happier with a mac. When i ask them why, they just say they're better. at everything. wtf.
some people like macs, some people like pcs. get over it. |
