Had a great time even after being exhausted after 1015/The End Up. Food was delicious, vibe was great and sets were all awesome! I regret not being able to make the previous ones even when I knew about them but I can't wait for the next one :D Was nice meeting CvS, Curly, his girl and seeing other familiar faces including tim mccormack who i haven't seen for close to a year!

Curly was telling me about this. I actually think I'm starting to get back into techno and knowing it's a HUGE part of the underground scene up here, I am wondering my emotions will take me underground. It's a double-edged sword for me, though. The underground partties are AMAZING, but most start very late at night which just makes it just more difficult on me in the end. So in the end, a part of me wants me to like it while another part doesn't. :p
If this world wants to get easier on me, the underground parties need to start at a time of night that I grew up with. 2am+. Where I grew up and in my experience, house parties and after parties didn't dare start until 2am at the earlier and would last to noon+ the next day. People would go to sleep early on Fridays and Sats just to be sure they were energetic for these parties. Out here on the west coast, most start in late evening and if they do start at 2am+ 95% of the crowd was full of cracks who stayed up all night and were zombies after 6am.'
I love the bay area vibe at its peak, but when it comes to the socials FRIENDS crowd, I do have to admit it's kinda weak.
Don't some clubs on the east coast and in eastern canada OPEN at 2am-4am? Wish we had that here, lol.
Rememeber a kick ass karaoke place in Japan... opened at 5AM because it was the afterparty crowd that filled the place up.
That what the west-coast is missing. Wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh........

it was nice meeting you rizo. this party was off the hook as always. I got faaaaaaaaaaaaded. Prolly the most faded I have been all year without puking/blacking out. LOL. I had a hectic weekend and caught an early morning flight to SF and then had to drive back to SB after the party so I havent had much time to be on the computer and stuff. I took a bunch of pix as well and uploaded them on myspace. I gotta check out the videos and if theyre good I will be uploading them to youtube. Dirtybird in pwnz. All the sets were good. The bbq was heaven. I can now add Golden Gate Park as location ive had sex at! HAHA. ;-)
