The workers at Alterra are trained not to take orders from people on cell phones - they just ask for the next person in line, and if needbe, point to a sign that says "Orders will not be taken if you're on the phone" or some such nonsense that people who are on their cell phones inevitably miss.

It's pretty funny when people actually get called out on it.

I hate people that drive and use their cell-phone then don't yield at the yield sign. Then they cut everyone infront of you off and make you wait at the light another time around.
