An idea...
Tell Al Qaeda that you have killed him...find a look alike, record it and fake a beheading. Send video to them...
Now how would they go about paying the $150,000...in person? I doubt it but its a possibility. Maybe send some one low along the hierarchy that can be trusted with the money...
Or bank transfer.
Now if a government would do this, they either capture a member of Al Qaeda or they get their bank details. |
