| I think legalization will be great! No more STD Russian roulette with these dirty whores! Legalization will promote regulation, and regulation means Testing for STD's. I imagine they would have a cute little card saying "Certified STD free as of feb 2008 - Expires jan 2009" and in January 2009, they get tested again, and a new card if they pass. EVERYONE WINS! |

Strip clubs are already legal. Prostitution is just one small step beyond that.
Like others said, tax the hell out of the bitches (and mansluts).
Question of morality went out the window when strip clubs became legal. |

and strip clubs are getting it bad too, many places are passing ordinances to regulate the dances...like no contact. bs I tell ya.
they should look towards nevada as to how to regulate prostitution, it has been working here for a while, and is only legal in places with a certain population density. |

Brothals in Germany have an std rate of 2.5%. Prostitutes in Netherlands have an std rate is close to as the general population. That is why the Dutch government dropped the mandatory std check. However, most sex workers check for std's at least once every four months. And it still is near the general population. |

No, no and no. They get checked and they have sex A LOT every day. YET they have an std rate nearly the same as the general population of Netherlands. Which could mean that the Dutch don't have any sex or have plenty of it. I don't know. As long as you practice safe sex with a prostitute than you will be fine. |
