they work out about 1-2 pound each off me mate and about 3-5 pound each in the clubs... and trancefan it don't up your mind at all... just make sure your in the right frame of mind and don't take it if you don't feel comfortable. Take it because you really want to not because someone else thinks its a good idea. First time i tried it someone just asked me on the spur of the moment.. i was a little drunk at the time so i was on a high anyhow...the feelin i got after i took it was unbelievable! so i recommend you give it a go... make sure you are somewhere that is playin trance or you have trance music close to hand so you can get the full benefit from the high! happy rollin...:)
