John played an amazing set! Cool techy funky track one after the other. Heard bits and pieces of Z&K, Tae, and Luzz banging it out in the other rooms too. I don't remember how Quivver & Seaman were playing but I remember it made me dance. Was kinda cool to see our entire crowd completely dominating the club, DJ-wise, and so many people out to support :D Was an AMAZING night, it was good meeting some new people and hanging out with most of the old crowd. I was supposed to leave at 12 because of responsibilities and said it and stayed because the music and vibe was so good. Unfortunately I turned into a show around 2am because that bartender mixed some insanely strong drinks. :whip:

He also mentioned "the Verve" who were like "the thinking mans Oasis"...The Specials were huge,,definitely the the originators of the SKA reform in England....

I had a blast opening for two of my favorite djs and partying with everyone last night. Rebel has a lot of potential and I think with continued great lineups coming through, the place is going to really take off as one of the biggest venues in the city.

John Graham stole the night IMO. I enjoyed Seaman's set, but Quivver really knows how to build a set and work a crowd like few djs I have heard.

I didn't get to hear everyone else play, but I really enjoyed Villo in the Gallery.

Way too many TAs in the house last night to name everyone, but great seeing the usual suspects out and about. :)

I missed it too :(

Great time all around Friday night. Dave was really loving the crowd, especially when just the hardcore fans were there at 5am. Packed in nicely during the peak hours, and awesome music all around.

See you guys at the next one!
