| There was an ongoing fight betweeen Unity and Parking. Originally the party was to be at Unity. Suddenly a couple weeks before pride, it was moved to Parking. After a lot of complaining from his "fans", it was moved back to unity...Pride comes around and he didn't show up at all. His free street party was cancelled as was his night at unity, where they replaced him with Montreal local Dj's but still wanted 30$ at the door. (We got a refund for our ticket less the rip off service charges of course). He returned to unity back in September for a make-up date. He is also booked back at Parking December 1. There has always been a lot of drama between Parking and Unity in Montreal. Club politics apply to all cities :) |
