TranceAddict Forums Archive > Main Forums > Music Discussion The God Within - Raincry View this Thread in Original format Jah ok im really confused i thought this was REALLY hard to get a hold of on 12" today i was having my tables serviced and stuff and i casually walked past and saw the title on this glorious purple vinyl i was like what the looked straight at the price 8 dollars and thought no no way. i told the guy he said hed never heard it anyway i listed to it make sure its all authentic (it has a remix on one side and the original on the other) and sure enough its the full thing... thing is it was 8 dollars (aussie) (thats 4 bucks US about 2 Pounds) am i missing something is this really not rare at all? Eitherway ive been playing it all afternoon and i ing love it! yE ok this is exactly what it says on the sleve (im stressing cause it doent have a inner sleeve :() do innersleegvs add alot of life to your vinyl? cause i have quite a few that didnt come with one :(? anyway this is what it says : info side : Dorigen music : Scott Hard kiss Presents : God Within "raincry" Remixes (part one) this : jondi & Spesh Remix that : Original Mix Cat. Dor 015 Also in the pile of vinyls i was listening too ic ame across this allure - rejected (liquid child remix) i thought it was 8 bucks (cause all the other records were too) and i was like yeah cool i didnt know what to expect id heard the other allure tracks but this was a remix but i REALLY liked it i mean i REALLY like this track but wheni went to pay i didnt look at the price tag and it was 32 bucks i dunno why it was just with the other ones but my question is is this really rare or something is it worth the 32 aus? cause i really like it but i didnt have the cash for it at the time (and i was all excited about raincry :)) hehehehehehe Fire999 Congrats on your latest acquisition...this tune was featured on Sasha & Digweed's Northern Exposure CD. However, this version was never available on the Northern Exposure 4LP. (wrong version on it) Anyways, God Within (aka Scott Hardkiss) released this tune on Hardkiss Label back in 1994. Very explicit vinyl cover..naked women and what-not.. Dorigen got the licensing but copies of them were snapped up quickly. The Hardkiss label go from US $ 15-45 on Ebay. Luck you! Lots have been finding this tune with no luck. As for inner sleeves, they do protect your vinyl to a certain extent...storing them in a cool (16-18 Degrees Celsius) should be sufficient. I am sure you can hunt down some inner sleeves at your local record store. Great tune btw...I couldn't stop playing it when I first got mine..lol :) Cheers :) Jah ok GREAT thanx for the info i was pretty sure this was hard tro find and i had to check it out and when i like first saw it took a while to register and then i saw the word remixes and i remember for liek that 3 secs iw as scannign the vinyl going please say original mix please say original mix please say original mix :) and sure enough on the THAT side it did:) man i was pretty spun out eh especially wheni realised it was legit so i was right then this is rare? btw mines obviously not the hardkiss label no naked woman (:() so how much do the dorigon ones go for? :) thanx for the info dude! btw any info on that allure - rejected record? i was spun out cause this was 32 bucks but raincry only 8!
