Proposal:
Well, ocean city, nj has always been special to us. Our first vacation was there, she goes there every summer with her family, and we’ve gone there several times and had a great time. So I thought it would be nice to go back down there to take the next step forward. To get her poor unsuspecting self to go, I told her my friends were going to be down there and wanted to meet up for dinner. So we arrive at our hotel at around 8pm and bring our bags to the room. I told her I had to grab my phone from the car and left the room. Of course, I didn’t really forget my phone. I had a bag in my car filled with some “supplies”. I went and got the bag and walked/ran to the front desk. I gave the attendant an envelope and asked her to call room 210 in 5 minutes and ask her to come get a package. The envelope basically said something nice, and then follow me too ___. In that time, I sprinted to the boardwalk, and proceeded to post 5 more envelopes at various places that were special to us for whatever reason, which eventually lead to the beach. On the beach I waited with candles, rose petals, a rose, and champagne. When she arrived, I told her that obviously my friends weren’t really there, and proceeded to do the whole bended knee thing.
Ring:
Emerald cut center, w/ emerald sides, 1 baguette on each side after that, and pave-cut diamonds on the side of the ring.
