| Unofficial Update: Deadmau5 will not be spinning on the 30th at Empire. Empire will be closed that night. He'll be doing an opening set for the Groove Radio party on New Year's Eve... I reflected these changes on the events list. |

any idea when he's playing on NYE then?
not sure what his set time is at TAO in LA?
I don't think there will be many people at Empire much before 2 or 3am,
cause it's normally an after hours crowd. They'd have to put a big name before midnight to pull people. sO I think it would be a little weird having Deadmau5 spin early, it will be kinda empty. I could be wrong though.

Deadmau5 is still listed on Dec 30 on both his myspace and empire's site. It's gone from wantickets, and I didn't find him listed for Dec. 31st |

Well, hence its unofficiality. The event has been pulled from Wanttickets. Someone who works down at Empire said he's opening on NYE, which is LAME if it's true, but I suppose a dead mau5 is better than no mau5 :tongue3
No way to buy tickets for an Empire event on the 30th either way, so it does make sense. Let's wait to hear from the man himself! |

| Just spoke to someone down at Empire and he IS spinning on the 31st and not on the 30th, set times are unconfirmed though. |

| if opening meant somewhere around 2am or so, it would increase my odds of going to empire and getting others to follow....otherwise, I get there when I get there, if I get there at all. |
