On the Toronto forum I wrote the exact same post, and they still didn't get it after 5 posts, then this random enlarged the writing to like 40. Stupid people over there.
But yeh, poll honestly. PVD all the way!

IN OUR HUMBLE OPINION, THIS YEAR'S RESULTS ARE VERY DISINGENUOUS AND THERE IS JUST NO WAY FOR DJ MAG TO CONCLUDE, ACCURATELY, HOW MANY PEOPLE CHEATED & DO NOT DESERVE TO HAVE BEEN RANKED WHERE THEY ARE...
IT IS THE HARD WORKING, PRODUCER/DJ, WHO CHOOSES NOT TO CHEAT, THAT IN THE END, GETS CHEATED!!!!
IN ADDITION, THE PEOPLE WHO SUPPORT THE SCENE AND PARTICIPATE IN THE POLLS ETHICALLY, ARE ALSO THE ONES GETTING CHEATED!!!
IF YOU FEEL AS STRONGLY AS WE DO, THEN STAND-UP AND SPEAK OUT!!!!
DON'T LET THE CHEATERS DICTATE THE FUTURE OF OUR SCENE!!!!
SPEAK OUT!!!!!

| using scripts and other dodgy things to get votes. i think dj dan and chris lawrence had multiple votes from the same ip but using random generated emails. |

Ive seen everyone and nobody even comes close
(maybe Chicane)to one of his shows

did ya hear about this? christopher lawrence was accused of getting extra votes etc: apparently he's been proven innocent, but yeah: someone still rigged it for themm, even if it wasn't the DJs themselves...

I'm glad about Armin: he's my personal favourite DJ (tho mainly because of his older productions), and i think he does a lot for the scene with ASOT etc, though i'll be the first to admit that PVD beats him in DJ skill and technique... was blown away by pvd's amazing skill and setup :)
him not getting first spot (even tho i would see armin over him) is a real shame to the community... |
