With friends... all the time. It is to be used like an exclamation mark! Some say it is a failure to use an expletive. But it can be funny when you can't be arsed thinking of a pithy remark.

All the time. Especially with friends - Some times I'll write out a text message to one of them, and then after reading it out to myself will go back and add a swear word. True story.

All the in time. Lulz, home, at work (thats one cool thing about the military EVERYONE swears i could be talking to a Master Sergeant and be like this ing thing is a peice of i dont know what the s wrong with it he'd be like "yeah, it looks like a bitch. I wouldnt want to with it".)
I do notice some of the guys straight from bootcamp say 'in' everyother word. It starts to get outta hand.
