No no it's the 4th @ 2 a.m.
so technically you get to enjoy it when you go out on the 3rd but it'll be the 4th already. good thing cuz closes @ 2 am here in b-more. we get extra hour of party. |

I think people are confused. You will set your clock the night of the 3rd when you goto bed, but it doesnt officially change until the morning of the 4th. |
