Ok, so I have a question that goes back a while with very little description, similar to the song that goes na na na, da da boom tisk.
Anyone who is/was into comics, remember back I think 1990/91 remember a new comic came out and the character was some sort of swamp/waste character. The cover of the first comic was just the character (think Human dunked in acid, all bubbly, maybe had an eye patch). Think green, but most importantly, think 1990/91 and new comics, new comic. I'm grasping right now thinking it was possibly made into a cartoon as well.

Obviously its not Swamp Thing, but whatever your describing sounds like a cheap short lived knock off that doesn't deserve being remembered.
If you could suggest a publisher(i assume its an independant) I could help some more. |

The whole comic was actually based on The Toxic Avenger movie series.

Love that comicbook... Dale Keon (the artist and creator) is still doing some Pitt ...
i remember it was sooooo annoying collecting this comic bc ing Dale would only put out a new issue like every 3 or 4 months. reliability was BRUTAL!!
