granted once you get in an extremely loud area (right in front of the main speakers or next to the monitors) it gets distorted but for a point and shoot camera, it does a great job.

Woody go with the Casio they are slim and record real good you know what go to Costco buy one and try it out see if you like it if not return it ohh and the warranty is great.

Woody, if you want a camera that can with stand the club audio system and not sound distorted. The Panasonics are the only ones... Panasonic $240.00
Other wise the Canon SD1000 is like $169 right now, which is amazing!

everything i have heard, in a club or massive the bass is always distorted and sounds like crap, especially if your close. The Panasonics don't do that.

I love Canons. And Rizo just convinced me. All my cameras were Canons. The one that broked was an SD550. I can get it fixed for $150 @ Canon in Irvine, but for $100 I can get the one Rizo has... hmmm
