last night i had a party from my secondary school... before the exams start... first 1,5 hour there was a band playing... they were not bad but just wasnt my favourite music for having a party.
after that band.. the dj started.. and didnt believed my ears.. i thought that he was going to play lots of charts music r&b, trance, stuff like that, but he started his set with a nice trance track and he played on and on and on and on and on...
the first track he put on was the 2002 remix of barbers adagio for strings i think (i heard something about this... correct me if i'm wrong) and then his set continued with awesome tracks...
i've heard:
delerium - silence (tiesto remix)
minimalstix - close cover
dj tiesto - flight 643
york - reachers of civilisation
tenth planet - ghosts. (me and a friend of mine were singing the text... all these other people were looking at us as if we were from another planet because we knew the songtext)
he played another track from perpetoues tunes i believe....
ah i just cant remember all the trax he played but it was an awesome night... he ended with zombie nation...
he played some old popular track like barthezz on the move and johan gielen - beauty of silence etc. but most track were awesome banging tunes!! i said to this friend: ah this reminds me of tiesto in t he palace.....
i don't know which one was better... and the dj was so enjoying this night....!!!

yeah.. it was something totally unexpected because most of the time the play every style of music and only the popular songs, but this dj just did his thing and make it an unbelievable night... one i will carry on with me forever :)
i think the dj didnt have such an experience before.... just didnt knew how to react on the people... but ive shaked his hand!! :D
and he kept it goign but it was so great to hear delerium - silence again... |

yeah i just love it when it happens :D
that way u have fun even if the party is crap
i was in a club last week and there was a little number of people in there
and the music was aweful... but then a few good dj's gave sets with bangin tracks... that really saved the party |

it was cool... at first i was wondering how long it would take before most of the poeple would leave because he only played trance (mostly uplifting..) but i think the most of them just stayed till the end....
it was a great night...hope to hear from this guy once more.. |

thats AWESOME!!! its happened to me ONCE and i had the time of my life.. partyin with all my friends and .. i dont think anyone can deny trance when you are at a dance or party or dsomthing.. you just hVAE to dance to it!

and he started really cool with singing birds ... i think he practiced his set the whole week before...... and what a result..
i don't know if can compare tiesto with him.. because when i was there when tiesto spun at t he palace... i knew what was going to come... and this was a complete surprise and a great evening from trance community... whaa... just sung with delerium - silence and tenth planet- ghosts... and it was so great...
and another positive thing.... i had space to dance!! :)
when tiesto was in the palace it was to crowded.. now i had the space so i used the space :)
yes i commit... i'm a 100% trance addict :) and i'm proud i am one.. :) |

Just look at how happy you are.. if trance has this sort of power why dosn't everyone love it?? :D :D :D :D :D

yeah.. you're right. i don't know how it comes but when i listen those great uplifting tracks i get this happy feelings... when i'm having a bad bay... i just listen to tiesto's magik 6, or isos 2, and i get that happy feeling again... same with his sate @ dutch dimension... great track... although isos2 a dark feeling has... it makes that a happy feeling comes over me....
i just love trance.... i said last night to this guy... this is better then sex.... and damn.. i might be right on this .. :) |
