Its in Berlin on top of the Reichstag (the Parliament building).
Its honestly one of the coolest things I've ever seen, my dodgy arsed photos really don't do it justice. Its basically a huge stalagtite of mirrors probably 20 metres or more high inside this glass dome.
Heres another photo of it from outside the dome (its not one of mine, hence why its good)
