i would go to this fantastic indian food place. everything was well exept for the tv playing all this crazy and annoying indian music 24/7
i would still go back because the food was so good :o

care to give an example of something that does not?
now i can see the same thing for spanish music. i like it but i am sure someone who does not understand it think its . they got the right to say so i think. music is subjective as everything else.

I meant you can't categorise all indian music as one. you might have heard a certain kind of music that didnt appeal to you. there are thousands of languages and films in india, and with things like youtube you never know what kind you re exposed to.

i dont know what kind you would like, but i am absolutely sure there is something for everyone. take a listen to something by a r rahman, which is a bit 'modern' and musically astute. there is also rd burman, who was a pioneer in music in india, and his music could well be related to edm if you talk about melody and innovation.
you havent heard ALL indian music. agreed, choice is subjective, but that's a bit exaggerated.
there are even current artists like midival punditz that is heavily influenced by EDM. Kailash Kher is another for Sufi folk songs. try out a few of these. maybe you ll hit something that changes your mind

you havent heard "all" indian music , just maybe just a general bollywood movie. not all of it all the same we have several diffrent languages and diffrent styles of music made , i could make a ignorant comment and say that about EDM and say its all techno:wtf:
