hey there! I rediscovered my love for Gran Turismo 2 (PS One) and was curious if there are any newer games in this style for the PC?
I want something with lots of different cars and tracks, realistic driving simulation (as in GT2), maybe car tuning possibilities, single race/ career mode....
anything out there worth getting?
thanks for your input!
Fraggle
hmm...afaik, nothing on pc comes remotely close to gt

if you want something better than gt2, only thing i can recommend is grab a ps2 and gt3 :D:D:D

seriously...yeah for graphics, physics, tracks & cars gt is king!

drizzt81
Need For Speed is 'similar' not clsoe though, sorry :(

nothing i know of that comes close either (but i am not into racing games)
PacMan
Get Colin McRae rally 2.

Ive never tried it but the first was good.
its only rally driving tho;)

the real travesty here is the fact that GT3 owns GT2.. now i can barely go back to GT2 much less **ANY** computer racing game.. :(
