FREE clubbing at Monsoon in Santa Monica

So I haven't posted on here much, (did a bit more like three years ago, but with a different s/n) but I wanted to let you all know about something I'm starting up with my friend Ian. We will be mixing at Monsoon every Thursday night, starting November 8th. It will go off from about 10pm-1:30am.
It will be more of a house/progressive night to start off with - - but I will probably sneak a few trancers in there towards the end of the night. The best part is that it's FREE to get in!
Two bars, food, plenty of beautiful people for you to mingle with, dancing, even a movie on in the background for not reason at all. Seriously, FREE clubbing, that's not in your friends garage - - don't miss out!
Bring your lazy friend that never does anything, dust off that cool club shirt, (ok, get a new one) just BE THERE!!!
My friend and I have a great opportunity here to just hang out and do our own thing at a nice venue with people who appreciate real dance music. Hope to see some of you there.

| It is going to be this Thursday. Capacity is about 80 for now...once we set up in the larger room there will be even more space. But as a startup...we will just be upstairs. Setting up the lighting tomorrow. |

Hey--we will be returning Thursday November 29th.
Promoters are being hired this week, so as we continue to get all the sound and lighting rigged up, the Guitar Hero karaoke finalized, and prepare for the big move to Saturday nights (January 26th), come check out the venue, grab a drink, and soak up the sounds.
Enjoy a small preview of what's to come, and for those of you that I've not met, come out - - let's talk!
Myself and Ian Forrest will be playing buddha bar style, the evening will progress from ambient electronica, uptempo and trip hop during dinner to the anthems and classic house tracks that first put you on the dance floor. The music from that seaside bar in Ibiza...that club in Miami...that underground in Rio...that's what it's all about!
There is no cover. Drink specials will change weekly. Come on out, mingle, have some Saki and Unagi and enjoy the vibe.
