As a kitten he would purr sooooo loud. He has probably 10 different names that he responds to though, and so does his sister.
To be honest, we call him 'Dirt' more than anything. Short for Dirt McGirt. |

Great name!
I don't have any pets, but we've named one of our tame butcher birds "Squawk." When she was a baby, all her siblings and parents had lovely melodic songs, but the only sound she ever was was a kind of "squawk" noise. |
